Navy Yard development project to move forward after delays

The recession idled many of the construction sites around Nationals Park. But one developer is dusting off its plans for The Yards, a 170-unit apartment complex, according to a Washington Post report.
Capital Business reporter Jonathan O'Connell talked to TBD-TV's Bruce DePuyt on Friday about the planned development, and what it means for condo owners in the area.
