Driver charged with murder in nun's death

ABC 7's Gail Pennybacker reports a grand jury has indicted Carlos A. Martinelly-Montano on a charge of murder in the death of Sister Jeanette Marie Mosier.
Montano was allegedly driving drunk when the Subaru Outback he was driving struck a Toyota Corolla carrying three nuns in Bristow, Virginia on July 31.
The 23-year-old Bristow man was originally been charged with involuntary manslaughter and drunken driving.
Montano is an illegal immigrant who was awaiting a immigrant deportation ruling.
