Man shot leaving a party in Potomac, Md.

POTOMAC, Md. (AP) - Montgomery County police are investigating a
shooting that occurred outside a party in affluent Potomac, Md.
Police say a 22-year-old man was shot in the arm early Saturday
morning after a dispute between a group of people at a party.
The victim had just left the event with friends, but was approached in
the street by another group of people believed to have been
involved in the earlier dispute.
The two groups exchanged words and someone threw a bottle,
according to police, before the victim was shot. He was taken to a
local hospital for treatment.
