Pay gap still exists between men and women

Today there are more women in leadership roles in the workplace but that doesn't mean they're making as much money as the man in the office next door. A new report shows female managers' salaries have risen but still don't match men's salaries.
ABC 7's Julie Parker has reaction to that report and what one congresswoman is doing to change the numbers.
