Federal prosecutors in Philadelphia filed the two-count information Thursday against 38-year-old Norman LeBoon.

Investigators say LeBoon posted a video on YouTube in March in which he called the congressman "a liar," "a Lucifer" and said he would shoot Cantor in the head.

Prosecutors say LeBoon told federal agents Cantor is "pure evil" after his arrest.

LeBoon was sent to a psychiatric facility in April and deemed not competent to stand trial. He is currently in federal custody.

A phone message left for LeBoon's public defender was not immediately returned Thursday.
