Pepco, BGE restore power to 125,000

WASHINGTON (AP) - Utilities in the Washington region have restored power to most customers after strong winds caused outages in the region, but thousands are still without power.
Area utilities are reporting about 12,000 customers without power Saturday.
Baltimore Gas & Electric reported restoring power to more than 79,000 customers, but 10,000 were still without power Saturday, most of them in Baltimore County.
Dominion Power said it had about 2,000 customers out in the northern Virginia area.
Pepco said it had restored power to more than 46,000 customers since high winds caused outages Friday. Approximately 780 Pepco customers remained without power Saturday morning.
