Pepco profits fall amidst smaller revenues

In a year where Pepco's public image has been under fire, their profits are falling as well, the Washington Business Journal reports.
Jeff Clabaugh of the Journal reports that Pepco's income was $8 million lower than what it earned during the same quarter in 2010.
Pepco has been battered since the turn of the calendar by politicians and customers over their response to outages during storms that have knocked out electricity to hundreds of thousands of local residents.
