Silver Spring residents concerned about proposed T-Mobile cell tower

Some residents in a Silver Spring neighborhood are sounding off over a proposed T-Mobile cell tower.

If approved, it would go behind Sligo Middle School – on school property and near dozens of homes.

The location, and the potential safety concerns, are raising the bar for getting the plans approved.
