Va. Lottery launches `Decades of Dollars'

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - The Virginia Lottery says it is offering a new regional game that pays a top prize of $250,000 a year for 20 years, or a one-time cash option of $4 million.
The Kentucky and Georgia lotteries also are participating in the Decades for Dollars game.
Tickets cost $2 each, and players pick 6 of 47 numbers. The first drawing will be Thursday. After that, drawings will be on Monday and Thursday nights.
The chances of winning the top prize are a little over 1 in 10.7 million. Other prizes include $10,000, $100, $10 and a free ticket.
