Leggett wants bag tax for Montgomery County
March 2, 2011 - 11:40 am

Leggett says he would expect the proposed tax to bring in about $1 million in the first year.
The Washington Examiner says that an Americans for Tax Reform study found that the D.C. bag tax was ineffective.
