The victim brought over the check to a private birthday party attended by Haynesworth, according to the court documents that detail the government's case. They needed time to discuss the bill so the waitress cleared plates while she waited. Her hands were full when Haynesworth allegedly called her over, and pulled a debit card out of his wallet.

"Defendant was insistent that he wanted to pay immediately, pushing his debit card toward her and tapping her on the arm and shoulder with the card," the documents read. "(Complaining witness) looked up and down at herself, as if wondering where defendant expected her to put it."

Haynesworth then allegedly put the debit card in the defendant's bra and moved his hand toward her breast. The victim told him to stop, but Haynesworth continued to caress her breast, the government alleges.

The debit card was declined and Haynesworth was asked for a different card to pay his bill, which was more than $800 with gratuity.

Another witness told investigators that he saw the victim move her head up and down when Haynesworth said he was going to stick the card in her bra. He also said he heard the victim ask Haynesworth to remove his hand, according to the documents.

Earlier this year, Haynesworth was also accused of road rage in connection to a incident that occurred in Fairfax County. He was accused of hitting another driver when a verbal confrontation turned physical, according to a Washington Post report.

Haynesworth, who was suspended without pay in December, signed a seven-year deal with the Redskins in 2009. If convicted, he faces the possibility of a $1,000 fine and 180 days in jail. A plea offer will expire on May 17.
