George Huguely indicted for killing Yeardley Love

A grand jury Monday indicted the former UVA lacrosse player accused of killing Yeadley Love of murder, among other charges.

The grand jury indicted George Huguely for Love's slaying. It also indicted him on charges of stealing personal belongings and breaking into Love's residence to commit an assault and battery.

Authorities said that Huguely was in an alcohol-fueled rage the night of May 2, 2010 when he allegedly kicked a hole in Love's bedroom door and then killed her.

Huguely reportedly admitted doing this during a video-taped police interview.

The couple, each star lacrosse players for UVA, each seniors, were weeks away from graduation. They had been an on again-off again couple throughout college.
