Georgetown flood: Lawsuit filed by affected businesses

Farmers & Fishers has filed a $5 million lawsuit against MRP Realty, who manages the Washington Harbor, just days after human error caused a devistating flood to Harbor businesses, the Washington Post reports.
The class action lawsuit was filed by Mason LLP on behalf of any businesses, worker or retailer that lost money due to the flood.
TBD reported Monday that the hydraulically-operated flood panels were not raised properly, and the switcher for the Harbor will be inoperable for some time.
