Southwest D.C. has 4.1 percent office vacancy rate, lowest in the city

The smallest quadrant in Washington D.C. also has the least amount of office vacancy, the Washington Business Journal reports.
At 4.1 percent, Southwest Washington D.C. has the least availability of Class A office space in the District.
The statistic comes out even as agencies and companies moved out of the neighborhood or downsized.
Other areas with sub-10 percent vacancy rates include the NoMa neighborhood and the East End.
