Bay Bridge Traffic: Md. Chesapeake congestion takes toll (video)

(Update, 2:20 p.m.) It begins. According to traffic.com, route 50 is suffering from delays through Annapolis. But, from some tweets, it seems to be clearing up once you hit the bridge.
