In addition to the new uniforms, the Wizards announced a new design for the court of the Verizon Center.

The Wizards jerseys have had their ups and downs over the years. The new uniforms are similar to the old Bullets uniforms, as well as a new D.C. logo. 

Wizards owner Ted Leonsis writes that the uniforms "pay homage to the past and what you liked most about the traditional look and feel and still give the uniforms a modern twist."

"The home uniforms are so beautiful they make me weep," writes the Washington Post's Dan Steinberg.
