Bay Bridge traffic: Fourth of July estimate

According to the Post, the best time to use the Bay Bridge would be ... not daylight hours. According to someone at the Maryland Transportation Authority, the parking lot bridge should be avoided between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday, Sunday and Monday. Saturday is expected to be especially bad, with congestion from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. So if you wake up and can see the sun outside, go back to sleep for another twelve hours.
