Ron Moten to run for D.C. Council

Ron Moten — the man, the myth, and the legend — is expected to announce his candidacy for District Council within the next ten days.
Moten will be running against Ward 7 Councilwoman Yvette Alexander, who was named "Worst Politician of the Year" by OtherSide Magazine (owned, incidentally, by one Mr. Ron Moten).
A hard-line backer of former Mayor Adrian Fenty, has an opinion on just about anything. Alexander, meanwhile, is ready for the challenge.
