Virginia ranks top state for business

Based on a number of factors,Virginia excels as the top state for business.

Last year, the state fell to second place, trailing behind Texas. Now, it has bounced back, CNBC announced Tuesday.
The state was graded based on 10 categories including cost of doing business, workforce, quality of life, economy, infrastructure and transportation, technology and innovation, education, business friendliness, access to capital and cost of living.
