D.C.: Third booziest state in America

We all know that D.C. residents are extremely fond of happy hour, but perhaps we didn't realize they liked to get this happy. CBS News, using data from a recent survey by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, has named the District the third-booziest "state" in America, behind the two Dakotas.
About 30 percent of Washingtonians have admitted to binge drinking — or what these "experts" consider to be binge drinking — in the past 30 days. Nationwide, one-quarter of those surveyed said they had binged within the past month, and 6.8 percent had smoked pot in the past month (which, at least, is lower than our unemployment rate).
We could fret about what this survey says about us — that we're borderline alcoholics, that we exhibit compulsive behavior, that we're too stressed out. Eh, don't bother. Just drink one of these and, miraculously, you won't care anymore.
