MARC 'party train' is a drunk rider's paradise (video)

An undercover investigation by Fox 5 several years ago revealed that happy hour on MARC trains was closer to a frat party, with heavy drinking and the occasional lap dance. It seems little has changed since then.
Fox found that complaints have been on the rise since their 2006 investigation. Spilled beers, vulgar language, even "physical altercations." One group was seen drinking fowties, which they washed down with still more beer. Problem is, many of these passengers then become drivers — from the station to their homes (or the bar).
Maryland state law allows drinking on MARC trains. Meanwhile, here in D.C., we sometimes get to drink water on the Metro.
