That's County Executive Isiah Leggett's theory, anyway. He's proposed a curfew, which is on the county agenda this morning, that would bar anyone under the age of 18 from public spaces between 11 p.m. – 5 a.m. from Sunday to Thursday night. On weekends, the start of the curfew would be pushed back an hour, to midnight.

Everyone knows that kids are the only ones that cause problems when the sun goes down. And curfews work because crime always happens after 11 p.m. And it's always kids causing the problems.
