Grab-N-Go Burger in Arberdeen sued by In-N-Out over name, logo, menu

Grab-N-Go Burger in Aberdeen, Md. is being sued by In-N-Out Burger, a California-based chain that apparently believes it has exclusive rights to the [hyphen] + [abbreviated "and"] + [hyphen] construction.
To be fair, In-N-Out's complaints go further. Like the menu, for instance: Grab-N-Go's "Wild Style" burger is a lot like In-N-Out's "Animal Style," in both name and ingredients. And then there's the matter of the logos:
OK maybe they have a teeny, tiny point.
