Cigar bar in Farragut, Puff Restaurant and Lounge, will reek of politicians and lobbyists

There's no shortage of cigar bars in D.C., but one expected to open in Farragut this winter hopes to become the place for political deal-making. Located at 18th and M Streets, Puff Restaurant and Lounge will be an all-in-one private club, restaurant, barbershop, dry cleaner, and car rental service. Memberships start at $1,000 and top out at $10,000. But more than anything, it's a place where politicians and fat-cat lobbyists can get halitosis together!

"We really want to create a cigar place that serves as a business incubator," part owner Tony Marshall tells the Business Journal, which reports that Marshall "sees Puff as a place where politicians, lobbyists and others come together to do deals and relax at the same time."

What smells worse than cigar smoke? Here, at long last, is our answer: the whiff of political corruption.
