Hurricane Irene did more than than just damage our historical buildings and kill really old trees, and Tropical Storm Lee did more than cause massive flooding. The storms also sparked a late-season mosquito boom. The insects breed in standing water, of which there's been much lately, so if you've been getting devoured in your backyard, follow these steps. Stocking up on witch hazel or After Bite can't hurt, either.
