Georgetown University alcohol violations climbed last year

Alcohol violations at Georgetown University jumped from 334 in 2009 to 477 last year, a 30 percent spike that comes after a 50 percent reduction in violations from 2007 – 2009. No one can explain the jump; there was not, for instance, an increase in campus patrols. Perhaps students simply wanted their school to make this list?
