Wine and dine Wednesdays: Restaurants for your New Year's resolution
The British newspaper the Daily Mail reported this week that most people give up their resolutions for the new year just nine days after they're made. I will assume that these forgotten resolutions include those involving a fitness regimen.
The gym to which I used to belong has given me until the 15th to sign back up at a discount. Promotions to join new gyms will expire soon. People who already go to the gym on the regular have already stopped complaining about their gyms being full of newcomers because the newcomers have already stopped going.
Skipping your workout is easy. In this city, though, there's no excuse to skip attempts at eating well. It's almost as convenient to grab a quick bite of healthy, delicious food as it is to stand in line at Five Guys. Check out the gallery above for some of your healthiest options in the city. If you find yourself at a loss, there's always the Whole Foods salad bar.
After the jump: Chef RJ Cooper makes a sandwich, gets butchered, and more!
