Investigation into Army armor tests and how safe troops' equipment really is

The brave men and women who risk their lives to serve our country deserve to know they have the safest equipment in a warzone. But a new report requested by Congress shows the tests that determine just how safe the Army's body armor is for troops, may be flawed. The study doesn't necessarily say the equipment is flawed, but the tests may not be accurate. CQ's John Donnelly discusses the research and how the Defense Dept. is deciding what's safe enough for soldiers.
