Capital Insider: How to cut Pentagon spending without hurting national security

It used to be, defense spending and matters of national security didn't land on the chopping block. But it's a new day, with an even larger deficit and a group of bipartisan lawmakers has been handed the task of cutting $1.5 trillion from the deficit. If legislators can't agree on where cuts or revenue should come from, the DOD is bound to see its budget dwindle. Dave Williams, from The Taxpayers Protection Alliance, talked to Capital Insider about how to safely cut the Pentagon's budget, without hurting national security.
