One of the most dangerous things the country can do is procrastinate. If lawmakers wait to fund public safety programs, the minute the nation needs them, it may be too late. This is especially true for scientific research and hazards funding. American Geophysical Union's executive director, Christine McEntee, joins us to explain what her organization wants from Congress.
