The war of words over the dueling GOP tax plans

Flat tax plans are all the rage for the 2012 campaign. Just this past week, two GOP presidential hopefuls released their makeovers to the tax code. One was Herman Cain's tax slogan 9-9-9. which got a makeover. Cain now says people who are living under the poverty line won't have to pay income tax. Meanwhile, Gov. Rick Perry has released his plan that gives taxpayers the option of sticking with the current tax code or paying a flat tax of 20 percent. Our strategists duke it out over the plans and if President Obama and his economic team really have anything to worry about with these proposals.
