Turkish plane shot down by Syrian forces

On Friday, a Turkish military jet was shot down by Syrian forces over the Mediterranean Sea. According to Turkish media reports, Syria apologized and both countries were searching for the F-4 jet.

Col. Douglas Macgregor (U.S. Army, retired) discussed the possible military and diplomatic implications with Capital Insider.
