The Obama election campaign wants voters to think of Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney as a secretive rich guy who keeps money in offshore accounts and refuses to release more of his tax returns.

The politically loaded approach is now a coordinated push as President Obama, Vice President Biden, and a slew of TV ads try to drive that point home.
