A new report details the progress of voluntary security upgrades at U.S. hospitals. The concern: more than 1,500 hospitals use radiological material -- material that could be used to make a "dirty bomb."
Mark Gaffigan, managing director for natural resources and environment issues at the Government Accountability Office, discussed his organization's review with Capital Insider.
