White House tackles cybersecurity after Senate bill busts

Last month, a comprehensive piece of cybersecurity legislation failed in the Senate.

Supporters consider it critical to protect U.S. computer systems from attack. Opponents call it an expensive burden on businesses trying to weather a weak economic recovery.

When the bill failed, the White House stepped in.
