GAO studies solar, finds no overlap in programs

In 2010, the federal government started nearly 70 green energy initiatives, split among 23 agencies. Recently, lawmakers expressed concern that some of those programs overlap.

The Government Accountability Office studied the issue. This month, they released a report.
