The Washington International Film Festival brings movies from all over the world right here to the Nation's Capital. FilmFest DC was started in 1987 and over the past 25 years has paved the way for dozens of others festivals. Tony Gittens, the director of the DC Film Festival and Stephine Chang, of the Korean Cultural Center talked about this year's line-up.
