With job prospects for new college graduates at historic lows, some parents are using their contacts, connections and job hunting savvy to help their children get hired. But in their desire to help, parents can go too far and actually damage their child's chances. Mary Abbajay, principal of Career Stone Group, discusses how parents should and shouldn't help their children land jobs.
