HIV rate in D.C. drops to 2.7%- good, but not good enough

There is some good news about the HIV infection rate in the District of Columbia--numbers have dipped to 2.7%. And while this is a promising figure, the District still has a higher rate than any other state. Meghan Davies is the Director of Community Health at Whitman-Walker Health and she shares more information about these numbers.
