Nickles Not Inclined to Change Gears in 2nd Fenty Term
Don’t expect DC Attorney General Peter Nickles to engage in a Listening Tour should Mayor Adrian Fenty win a second term.
Nickles tells TBD he’ll continue the hard-charging style that has won him both praise and criticism. On “NewsTalk” Monday, Nickles was asked about the Mayor’s recent pledge to be more collaborative and about a recent website editorial accusing him of acting like “a despot.”

Nickles did say that citizens who feel they’ve been ripped off – or can’t get the attention of other elected officials – to contact the Office of the Attorney General directly. “Call us!,” he said, looking directly into the camera for emphasis.
