Today on NewsTalk, DC Councilman Jack Evans reflected on the resignation of Harry "Tommy" Thomas, Jr., saying his former colleague was guilty of the worst kind of theft - because the funds taken were meant for children - and that Thomas deserves to spend time behind bars.
