Today on NewsTalk, Maryland state Sen. Rob Garagiola talked about this year’s legislative session, which stoked tensions between local leaders and Annapolis, and his congressional campaign. He faulted his primary opponent, John Delaney, for being unwilling to debate him on NewsTalk and he responded to the Washington Post’s harshly worded endorsement of Delaney.

WAMU reporter Michael lee Pope talked about the calls for Alexandria Schools Superintendent Morton Sherman to resign.

And ABC 7’s Kris Van Cleave talked about the recent use of Tide laundry detergent as currency in the underground economy.
