Today on NewsTalk, Washington Post columnist Robert McCartney talked about the Maryland legislature’s failure to vote on key bills before they left town. Their failure leaves the state with an out-of-balance budget and the presumption that Gov. Martin O’Malley will call a special session. We also discussed the gridlock in Richmond over funding for Metro’s Silver Line, a snag that leaves the state without a budget for FY 2013.
Politico’s Isaac Dovere talked about the scandals that have engulfed the Secret Service and General Services Administration.
