Gay marriage ruling; Jobs report; Big soda ban

 Today on NewsTalk, CQ Supreme Court reporter Ken Jost talked about the appeals court ruling striking down the Defense of Marriage Act.

Then, Jim Dinegar, head of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, discussed this morning's disappointing jobs report. He also criticized members of the Maryland and Virginia legislatures for not doing more to fund transportation, and he expressed concern about the impact big defense cuts would have on the region's economy.

In our final segments, Margo Wootan of the Center for Science in the Public Interest talked about New York's proposed ban on super-sized soft drinks. Video after the jump.
