Md. gaming panel meets; Mixed signals from McDonnell; Economic competitiveness

Today on NewsTalk, Washington Examiner reporter Ben Giles talked about the Maryland gambling commission’s first session – and the concern among casino interests that too many gaming locations will reduce profits. We also talked with Del. Brian Feldman (D-Montgomery) about suggestions lawmakers hold a special session on transportation, not gambling.

Council of Governments chairman Frank Principi talked about Region Forward, COG’s effort to keep the DC area competitive with other parts of the U.S.
