Today on NewsTalk, Montgomery County Councilman Hans Riemer urged Gov. O'Malley to replace the Public Service Commission with members who'll regulation the state's utilities more aggressively.
Now that the Affordable Care Act has been upheld, states are creating health care "exchanges." Politico deputy health care editor Joanne Kenen joined us to explain how they'll work.
