DC To See Population Boom; Obamacare Turns 5

A new Council of Governments report predicts the DC region will add more than 1 million people and jobs over the next 25 years. Tim Lovain and Chuck Bean, Executive Director of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments joined us with details.
