Who doesn’t love a good college vocal ensemble? Well, most people, unless we’re talking about Afro Blue, Howard University's jazz choir. Led by director Connaitre Miller, Afro Blue has racked up mentions in Downbeat magazine, collaborations with renowned jazz musicians, prestigious performance credits, and tonight the choir gets its own two-show engagement at Blues Alley.
