Tonight's screening of Hitch, a 2005 romantic comedy stars Will Smith, a professional "date doctor," who gives men lessons in the art of making women fall in love. 1851 S. Bell St. Sundown. Free.
The D.C. Black Theatre Festival, a week-long festival presents "One Act Battles: Drama." Busboys and Poets hosts the competition featuring a series of plays each night, for four nights under four categories. Each evening, audience members vote for the night's best play, culminating in the final night where the four winners compete for the title of DCBTF's Heavy Weight Champion.
