Three defendants in a sprawling federal corruption probe in Prince George’s County are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
Liquor store owners Amrik Melhi, 51, and his wife, 49-year-old Ravinder Melhi, both of Clarksville, Md., are expected to be arraigned in federal court Tuesday afternoon. Prince George's County Cpl. Chong Chin Kim is also expected to appear in court.
All three face charges of “conspiracy to interfere with commerce by extortion under color of official right.”
